Ceramics 1 State Standards

Ceramics 4 Students will learn how to coil clay and different ways of decorating with coils. 

Ceramics 5: Activity C.  Make a plate with an outer shape that matches the designs on the surface.  Decorate using paper resist, sgraffito, and slip trailing.

Ceramics 2: Lesson 3. Activity A. Search internet, view slides, read history pages, and look for examples in books and postcards of pre-columbian zoomorphic ceramics.  Make sketches of your ideas.
